NX Giving NPC Fixed
Monster Disease is added. (Canceling buffs.. Weapon Block.. Magic Block.. Curses.. etc)
Skill CoolDown added.
Buffs stay on when you Change Channels
Hide is on for GM's when they login.
Rings r fixed to work for reg players.
Auto Monster Aggro added.
KIN and NimaKIN now change hairs/face/skin for Reg players too!
HappyVille is added!

PS: GM's.. Your NPC asking questions is freeking taking too much time.. so ima make a custom shop for u guys selling the itmes that u guys wanted for a prize. *Except pufss..* His npc is giving away too many rare items.
